Transcript request forms for currently enrolled and alumni students

These forms are for current students and alumni of Beekmantown High School. Please complete the Current Student Transcript Request Form in order to send your high school transcript to colleges/universities, scholarship committees, employers, military, etc. You will be asked to specify which optional test scores (SAT, ACT, AP) you would like listed on your transcript. Please remember: you will need to be logged in to your school Google account in order to access the Google Form (using your Chromebook will be the easiest way!).

If you are a graduate of Beekmantown High School and need a copy your high school transcript (for college, employment, etc.), please complete the Alumni Transcript Request Form.

Upcoming Events and Information
Course Selection and Annual Career Plans
  • Students in grades 9-11: it is time to schedule your annual review with your School Counselor. During this annual review, we will go over your Career Plan and help you select your academic courses for the 2019-2020 school year.
  • Please see the 'academic resources' section of our webpage for a listing of available courses and our curriculum guide (which offers a description of all classes)
  • This college entrance practice test will given at Beekmantown High School on Wednesday, October 16, 2019
  • College-bound students who will be in grades 10 and 11 during the 2019-2020 school year are encouraged to take this practice test. It is our advise that students complete Algebra and Geometry prior to taking the SAT/ACT, so students should be enrolled in or completed Algebra and Geometry when taking the PSAT.
  • The SAT is one of the college entrance exams needed for admission into most 4-year colleges and universities. The PSAT will provide students valuable insight into their academic progress and will help predict future performance on the SAT. It is a great way to practice for the high-stakes SAT test in a low-stakes environment.
  • Your scores will only be sent to you and Beekmantown High School. They will not be reflected on your high school transcript or sent to colleges/universities.
  • Please complete the following form if you would like to take the PSAT. If you complete this form, a test will be ordered for you and a reminder will be sent home in September about payment. The cost will likely be $16 for the 2019 test. Fee waivers are available for students entering 11th grade in September 2019.

  • Deadline to register: June 1, 2019
