Transcript request forms for currently enrolled and alumni students


These forms are for current students and alumni of Beekmantown High School. Please complete the Current Student Transcript Request Form in order to send your high school transcript to colleges/universities, scholarship committees, employers, military, etc. You will be asked to specify which optional test scores (SAT, ACT, AP) you would like listed on your transcript. Please remember: you will need to be logged in to your school Google account in order to access the Google Form (using your Chromebook will be the easiest way!).


If you are a graduate of Beekmantown High School and need a copy your high school transcript (for college, employment, etc.), please complete the Alumni Transcript Request Form.

Upcoming Events and Information
2020-2021 Course Selections
  • Throughout the month of January School Counselors will be presenting NYS graduation requirements, NYS high school diploma types, and Beekmantown High School course offerings for the 2020-2021 school year in all social studies classrooms (grades 9-11)
  • Students in grades 9-11 will also participate in an "elective fair" during lunch periods during the weeks of January 6 and 13.
  • After January Regents week, students can schedule an appointment with their 2020-2021 School Counselor to select courses for next school year. Here are the School Counselors for 2020-2021:
            • Grades 9 and 10 (class of 2024 and 2023) - Mrs. Andree Sapp
            • Grade 11 (class of 2022) - Ms. Jennifer Mousseau
            • Grade 12 (class of 2021) - Mrs. Stacey Maggy
  • In the "Academic Resources" section of this webpage there is a 2020-2021 Curriculum Handbook which describes all of our coursework as well as a Course Request sheet that may be helpful for students (and parents/guardians) when planning out courses. 
CV-TEC Open House - March 26, 2020 from 6-7:30pm (held at the Plattsburgh and Satellite Campuses)
  • this is a great opportunity for 10th grade students and their parents/guardians to view programs potentially available for the students' 11th and 12th grade years
Career Cafe
This is an opportunity for students to meet with professionals in a certain career field during the students' lunch periods.
