Working Papers
In order to obtain your working papers for employment we ask that you do the following:
- Download the appropriate file(s) below which are fillable PDFs.
- Fill out the information on the form(s)
- Print out the form(s) and sign them in the appropriate location
- Take a photo of or scan the file(s) and email them to: fairchild.colleen@bcsdk12.org
- Please make the subject line: Working Papers
